COACHES & MANAGERS

 

COACHES/MANAGERS REGISTRATION

Football NSW now requires all coaches and managers of players under the age of 18 to provide a Working With Children (WWC) number prior to your registration being accepted. This change in policy means even parents coaching/managing their own child’s team must have a WWC number.
You’ll need to include your WWC number when completing the ‘Play Football’ Coach/Manager registration process. For all information on how to register and the WWC process please click on the above links.

MATCH OFFICIAL PAYMENT

Payments are made to Referees and Assistant Referees by each team for games from U10 upward.

Payments are made by Managers or Coaches prior to the commencement of the match and must be evidenced by a Match Official Payment form signed by each official paid.


Reimbursement can be claimed by completing an online Match Official Reimbursement Request or submitting a copy of the completed Manager Reimbursement Request form to info@piratesfc.com.au.


All Reimbursement Requests must be accompanied by copies of signed Match Official Payment forms.

GAME RESULT

If you are the home or away team, you will need to fill in the results at the end of every game but by no later than Sunday 8pm.
