Club Policies
At Ashfield Pirates FC, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for everyone in our community. Our policies reflect the values of the club and outline the standards, responsibilities and procedures that help protect our players, volunteers, families and supporters, on and off the field.

Child Safety Policy
At Ashfield Pirates FC, the safety and wellbeing of children is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where all children can enjoy football free from harm, abuse or discrimination. Our Child Safety Policy outlines the standards, responsibilities and procedures that protect our players and empower our volunteers to act in the best interests of every child.

Code of Conduct
The Pirates Code of Conduct defines what it means to be part of our club. It sets clear expectations for players, parents, volunteers and spectators to ensure football remains fun, safe and respectful for everyone. By registering or attending Ashfield Pirates FC activities, all participants agree to uphold these standards and represent the club in the true Pirates way.

Disciplinary Policy & Procedures
Ashfield Pirates FC is built on respect, fairness and accountability. Our Disciplinary Policy & Procedures clearly outline how behavioural matters are managed across players, parents, volunteers and spectators. The aim is not punishment, but education, consistency and protecting the positive culture of the club. All matters are handled fairly, transparently and in line with Football Canterbury and Football NSW guidelines.
Extreme Heat Policy
Player safety always comes first at Ashfield Pirates FC. Our Extreme Heat Policy provides clear guidance on how training sessions and matches are managed during hot weather conditions. The policy ensures decisions are made in the best interests of player health, with consideration given to temperature, hydration, age groups and governing body advice.
